Abstract

In the article, the author examines the impact of the reform of the territorial organization of the local government system on the process of formation of representative authorities in the Moscow region. The reform led to the replacement of elected heads of municipalities with city managers, selected competitively by representative authorities. This change caused a shift from direct elections to an appointment system, which effectively negated political competition at the local level and reduced voter interest in the election process. The article analyzes the consequences of this reform for the local government system and its impact on the level of public participation in political life.

Abstract

The article examines electoral behavior in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, including in a cross-regional context. Based on empirical data, it is shown that the level of electoral participation in elections of one level or another is quite low in temporal terms. In addition, the genesis of such social positioning is revealed. The aspects of electoral preferences in relation to the pro-government party are considered and the level of its legitimacy is reflected depending on the level of the election campaign. One of the methodological approaches in the analysis of electoral participation is social differentiation, which is based primarily not on ideological attitudes, but on socio-cultural orientations, professional and labor activities and characteristics of the urbanized environment. The features of the regional party-political system are highlighted (through the prism of the dominant party subject), which is determined by social preferences and institutional constraints expressed in the form of appropriate thresholds.

Abstract

The article analyzes the administrative and legal aspects of regulation of the immigration status “native speaker of the Russian language”, considered as a legal mechanism of accelerated acquisition of citizenship in the Russian Federation, which has lost its legal force. The author argues that the very structure of the internal elements of the legislative consolidation of this migration mechanism was proposed in such a way that the stages of its implementation created a set of problems, which were not solved constructively and in a timely manner by the state. Ultimately, this led to a loss of initiative.

Abstract

The article describes the basic principles of using artificial intelligence and digital technologies in the context of identifying and countering foreign means of influencing young people in their own environment. The basic principles of the influence of digital technologies, digitalization in politics and its impact on youth and modern politics in general are revealed. The relevance of the article is determined by the fact that in the context of modern globalization and the development of information and communication technologies, foreign countries are increasingly using digital methods of influence aimed at influencing the youth of other countries, including the Russian one. This manifests itself as the spread of disinformation and propaganda, the organization of protest actions and the recruitment of young people into terrorist and extremist organizations, etc. Artificial intelligence and digital technologies can help Russia in countering foreign influence on young people. They can be used to analyze large amounts of data, create a monitoring system, and develop information campaigns.

The article analyzes the ideological and value influence of the United States and Turkey on the information space of Kazakhstan. Special attention is paid to the mechanisms of media interaction, such as the financing of independent media, the issuance of educational grants and the use of soft power. The influence of these processes on political stability, national identity and foreign policy priorities of Kazakhstan is considered.

Abstract

The presented scientific study examines the strategy and role of JSC Russian Railways in the organization and development of Russian and foreign tourist destinations. This made it possible to identify key areas of modernization of the railway passenger complex in order to increase the level of competitiveness in the transport services market, as well as to develop an algorithm for the effective development of the passenger complex facilities of JSC Russian Railways, taking into account the tourist component.

The issues of modernization of the passenger complex of JSC “Russian Railways” as an organizer of tourism are considered. Based on the forecast of prospective volumes of passenger tourist traffic, the company formulated the priority areas on which it is necessary to focus investment resources first of all.

The national strategic goal of any State is socio-economic development. One of the most important directions of socio-economic development is to improve living standards. Russia is no exception. Improving the standard of living of citizens has a tremendous effect on other sectors of the country’s economy, which is important in the context of sanctions pressure on Russia. Under the pressure of external threats in the form of instability of the geopolitical situation, as well as internal circumstances of the restructuring of the Russian economy, the problem of instability and negative trends in the level and quality of life of citizens is emerging.

The object of the study is the social security of Russia, and the subject of the study is the problems of ensuring social security and ways to overcome them.

Abstract

This article explores one of the episodes of diplomatic and foreign policy relations within the bloc of socialist countries of Eastern Europe, namely, the Soviet-Yugoslav conflict of 1948-1953. The course of this conflict, its causes and consequences are analyzed. The early history of Soviet-Yugoslav relations before and during World War II is considered as a necessary study of the possible causes of the conflict. An overview of the foreign policy and domestic political actions of the USSR and Yugoslavia in the period from 1948 to 1953 is made, attention is focused on the attitude of statesmen of the two countries to these actions: their statements, memories, friendly or aggressive actions of the Yugoslavs towards the Soviet Union, and Soviet politicians towards Yugoslavia.

Conservatism in post-Soviet Russia is not a static phenomenon, but a dynamic ideology capable of adapting to changing conditions and acting as an alternative to other political doctrines. It has become a kind of platform for political evolution in Russia, responding to the need for stability and traditional values.

The discussion on conservative modernization reflects the search for a new paradigm of development in post-Soviet Russia, in which conservative values can be the key to successful progress.

Abstract

The article analyzes the Russian state policy aimed at preserving a common socio-cultural space with the republics of Central Asia in the early 2000s, when changes in the geopolitical situation and the growth of external threats necessitated the stabilization of the region. The article examines the deterioration of the situation of Russian-speaking citizens in the studied countries, in particular the opportunity to receive education in Russian, and Russia’s response to these challenges.
