Modern trends in the development of the primary housing market in Moscow

Abstract

The article identifies key trends and features of the real estate market development in modern conditions, the positive dynamics of which determines macroeconomic and regional development. The need to implement fiscal and monetary policies of the state to ensure effective development of the housing construction market is emphasized, which can significantly initiate economic growth in the country.
