Подчеркивается необходимость реализации фискальной и монетарной политики государства для обеспечения эффективного развития рынка жилищного строительства, что способно в значительной степени инициировать экономический рост в стране.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article identifies key trends and features of the real estate market development in modern conditions, the positive dynamics of which determines macroeconomic and regional development.
