Abstract

The article deals with the issue of the formation of national identity in the post-Soviet countries. National identity is an indispensable factor in the stable and sustainable existence of the state. Over the past years, a whole variety of completely new integration systems has developed on the territory of the post-Soviet space. The transformations taking place in the post-Soviet space represent a significant stage in the world politics of our time. Independent states formed in the post–Soviet space faced a number of problems that required immediate solution: among the main ones was the issue of historical, cultural and finally national self-identification, which implies the perception by society of itself as a single nation with a common historical, cultural, ethnic path; the perception of its nation as part of the world system. Due to the uniqueness of the historical path of the former Soviet republics, their transformation processes have their own exceptional specifics of development. The post-Soviet states are representatives of a unique transformational model: their national–state identity includes both features common to the entire post-Soviet space in the form of pre-Soviet, Soviet history, culture, value structure and the territory on which it existed, as well as private individual features for each state - linguistic specificity, traditional values, national interests and foreign policy vectors, relevant for young independent republics. At the moment, we are witnessing the formation of a new form of national identity, which consists in the awareness by citizens of the state as a sovereign and equal part of the world community, interacting equally with the whole world, and not being exclusively part of the post-Soviet space.

Abstract

In the conditions of international tension and global crisis the issue of protecting national borders is quite acute. The collective West seeks to encroach on the sovereignty and stable development of Russia by all means. To do this, he uses third countries to avoid shocks in his own countries in the first place. The article examines the attitude of the Baltic countries to a special military operation. The author came to the conclusion that the distinctive feature of the Baltic countries is precisely Russophobia and hatred not only for the fact of conducting ITS, but also for the cultural values of the Russian people.

ECONOMY

Abstract

The global economic system, as well as the planetary civilization, as a whole are experiencing an era of “great changes”. The transition is overdue from an economy based on the paradigm of “economic man” – calculating, selfish, competitive, striving to maximize profits – to a regenerative one, based on solidarity and cooperation, built into natural cycles and focused on the welfare of the majority. The solidary economy (SE), which is replacing the existing one, is at the same time a transition to a future regenerative economic system. Its positioning is due to the fact that its institutional design consists of forms of organization integrated into the late modern, but whose potential in terms of prospects for social development goes beyond its limits, crossing the border separating modernity from postmodernity. SE can be understood as an ecosystem of practices that already exist – some old, some new, some still emerging. International organizations consider the solidary economy to be the key to implementing the paradigm shift envisaged by the UN Agenda for the period up to 2030 and achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The key understanding of the SE as a system produced by the evolution of the modern economic system, which does not presuppose its revolutionary replacement with forms that constitute an alternative to existing institutions, the authors drew to its description the cooperation that best meets the needs of the transition to a new quality of socio-economic organization.

Abstract

The article discusses the search for a solution to the housing problem in the post-war years. The housing crisis could not be solved with individual design. In order to improve the material and living conditions of Soviet citizens, it was necessary to switch to mass housing construction, and this required a radical restructuring of construction production, the transition to industrialization and typification of housing construction. The All-Union Meeting of Builders and Architects paid great attention to the widespread introduction of standard projects into housing construction. As a result of industrialization and typification of housing construction, Soviet citizens were able to get separate apartments in a short time. The social order for the creation of economical individual apartments has been fulfilled.
