Abstract
The article is devoted to the review of the scientific and technological state of the Russian Federation, as well as the role of the scientific and technical sphere in ensuring economic security. The analysis of indicators characterizing the state of the scientific and technical sphere of Russia has been carried out, threats have been identified and measures have been proposed.
