https://doi.org/10.48137/23116412_2026_3_51

Abstract

The article examines the main aspects of Turkey’s involvement in the military construction processes of the Central Asian republics. Over the years of independence, the republics of the region have demonstrated a growing interest in ensuring their own and regional security. With the escalation of the Western proxy war against Russia, Turkey has intensified its efforts to expand its partnership with the Central Asian states in various areas of defense cooperation. This article also aims to assess Turkey’s influence on a wide range of issues related to the potential implementation of the Turkic integration project.
