The article analyzes the process of formation and development of the state ideology of the Republic of Uzbekistan over the years of sovereignty. The main components of the ideological and political structure of the country, their substantive elements, different from similar ones in the neighboring republics of Central Asia, are evaluated. The evolutionary transformations of the ideological sphere of Uzbekistan that began after the change of power in the country in 2016 and the impact of ongoing global economic and geopolitical turbulence on this process are also evaluated.
