RUSSIAN AS A FOREIGN LANGUAGE IN THE CONTEXT OF INTERNATIONAL COOPERATION

Abstract

The article examines the importance of developing a cultural background as an accompanying tool for learning Russian as a foreign language. The complexity in this regard may be the organizational component for solving the problem due to the insufficient level of attention to it. The article is of interest to those who make decisions on the organization of the educational process, both at the level of universities and government departments, as well as to students and specialists in the field of political science, international relations, pedagogical and philological sciences.
