Abstract
The article analyzes modern international relations through the prism of the role of multinationals that they play in China. The specifics of modern international subjectivity are considered, which is not personified by state entities, but represents complex ecosystems (conglomerates), different parts of which perform certain functions of a system that can maintain its influence, and in some cases strengthen it, as a rule, by limiting actions or damage to competitive actors. It is concluded that the PRC is a complex, multifunctional, with formal and informal ties and relations complex, which includes in its structure both state institutions and a business component, mainly represented by transnational corporations whose activities are not national character. In addition, it is noted that the interaction of the Chinese political and economic ecosystem within the framework of regional and global positioning is largely associated with a similar American ecosystem, for which trade and economic cooperation is an existential basis.
