Настоящая статья посвящена анализу влияния западных акторов на ситуацию в Республике Беларусь. В частности, разбирается работа западных фондов, некоммерческих организаций, поддержка прозападных СМИ, в том числе через систему грантов. Проанализированы санкции в отношении республики, которые ввёл Евросоюз весной 2021 г. Отмечен их по большей части пиар-эффект, поскольку они серьёзно не затронули основные статьи белорусского экспорта на Запад. Отдельно проанализирована позиция Литвы и США в отношении работы с белорусской оппозицией.

This article is devoted to the analysis of the influence of Western actors on the situation in the Republic of Belarus. In particular, the work of Western foundations, non-profit organizations, support of pro-Western media, including through the grant system, is being analyzed. The sanctions against the republic imposed by the European Union in the spring of 2021 are analyzed. Their mostly PR effect was noted, since they did not seriously affect the main articles of Belarusian exports to the West. The position of Lithuania and the United States regarding work with the Belarusian opposition is analyzed separately.
