Процесс цифровой трансформации организаций до уровня Индустрии 4.0 инициируется, осуществляется и управляется людьми, что ставит вопрос о разработке специфической системы критериев оценки персонала. С этой целью в статье рассмотрен подход к формулированию ключевых показателей эффективности (Key Performance Indicators – KPI) внедрения цифровых технологий Индустрии 4.0 в организации, сформированный на основе анализа научных работ в области оценки эффективности и производительности. Авторами предложен многоуровневый комплекс KPI, определённых с учётом международных стандартов, и представлена пошаговая последовательность их применения. Предложенный комплекс KPI способен повысить вовлечённость персонала организации в процесс её цифровой трансформации и создание новых конкурентных преимуществ на рынке.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The digital transformation inspired by the spread of Industry 4.0 technologies affects organizations of various types and any industry affiliation, and forms unique competitive advantages. The process of digital transformation of organizations to the level of Industry 4.0 is initiated, carried out and managed by people, which raises the question of developing a specific system of personnel assessment criteria. For that purpose, the article considers an approach to formulating key performance indicators (KPI) for the implementation of Industry 4.0 digital technologies in an organization, formed on the analysis of research papers in the field of evaluating efficiency and productivity. The authors proposed a multi-level complex of KPI, determined taking into account international standards, and presented a step-by-step sequence of their application.
