В статье представлены периоды становления международного законодательства о нетарифном регулировании как важнейшего исторического аспекта внешней торговли, проанализированы основные международные классификации нетарифных мер. Проведена сравнительная характеристика целей применения нетарифных ограничений в соответствии с ГАТТ и соглашениями ЕАЭС.

The article presents the periods of formation of international legislation on non-tariff regulation, as the most important historical aspect of foreign trade, analyzes the main international classifications of non-tariff measures. A comparative description of the purposes of application of non-tariff restrictions in accordance with the GATT and the EAEU is carried out.
