Наибольшее развитие малый и средний бизнес за период 2016 по 2019 гг. получил в таких сферах деятельности как услуги, торговля, строительство, промышленное производство, сельское хозяйство. Введение жестких карантинных мер оказали негативное влияние на финансовое состояние всех сфер российской экономики, поэтому были выделены наиболее пострадавшие её отрасли. В статье рассмотрены положительные практики, которые использовали МСП из таких пострадавших сфер деятельности как туристический и гостиничный бизнес и индустрия фитнеса. В условиях закрытия границ, после отмены жестких ограничений наибольшее развитие получил внутренний туризм. Проведенное исследование показало, что информационные технологии помогли МСП продолжить работать, уменьшить затраты и более эффективно организовать бизнес-процессы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to the study and analysis of positive practices used by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Russia in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. The largest development of small and mediumsized businesses over the period 2016 to 2019 was in such areas of activity as services, trade, construction, industrial production, agriculture. The introduction of strict quarantine measures had a negative impact on the financial condition of all sectors of the economy, therefore, the most affected sectors of the Russian economy were identified. The article examines the positive practices used by SMEs from such affected areas of activity as tourism and hotel business and fitness industry. In the conditions of border closure, after the lifting of strict restrictions, domestic tourism has received the greatest development.
