В статье проводится анализ современных тенденций развития российско-казахстанского сотрудничества в области науки и образования. Сотрудничество в области науки не только приобрело стратегическую значимость, но и позволяет сохранять и приумножать конкурентные преимущества, заложенные советской школой, а также модернизировать эту сферу. Развитие общего образовательного пространства России и Казахстана обеспечивает социальную стабильность в обществе, высокие стандарты качества жизни, развитие новых технологий.Растущая значимость кооперации в области науки и образования определяется двумя факторами: во-первых, Россия и Казахстан являются родоначальниками интеграционных процессов на постсоветском пространстве; во-вторых, необходимостью решения общих проблем коллективно для достижения лучшего результата. Проблематика российско-казахстанских межгосударственных отношений в культурно-гуманитарной сфере остается достаточно слабо изученной в современной политической науке, что обусловливает научную новизну настоящего исследования и его высокую научную значимость.

The article analyzes current trends in the development of Russian-Kazakh cooperation in the field of science and education. Cooperation in the field of science has not only acquired strategic importance, but also allows us to maintain and increase the competitive advantages laid down by the Soviet school, as well as to modernize this area. The development of a common educational space in Russia and Kazakhstan ensures social stability in society, high standards of quality of life, and the development of new technologies.The growing importance of cooperation in the field of science and education is determined by two factors: firstly, Russia and Kazakhstan are the founders of integration processes in the post-Soviet space; secondly, the need to solve common problems collectively in order to achieve a better result. The problem of Russian-Kazakh interstate relations in the cultural and humanitarian sphere remains rather poorly studied in modern political science, which determines the scientific novelty of this study and its high scientific significance.
