В статье рассматривается практическое решение важной социальной проблемы в СССР – ликвидация острого жилищного кризиса. Рассматривается переход на строительство квартир для посемейного заселения советских граждан в 1950-1960-х гг. Рассмотрены задачи, стоящие перед массовым жилищным строительством – дальнейшее улучшение условий жизни советских граждан. Типовое проектирование и индустриализация жилищного строительства ускорили переворот в направлении деятельности советских архитекторов – создание отдельных квартир для советских семей. Социальная задача по созданию малометражных отдельных квартир для советских граждан была выполнена, что свидетельствовало о реальном достижении советских властей в социальной политике.
The article discusses a practical solution to an important social problem in the USSR – eliminating the acute housing crisis. The transition to the construction of apartments for family settlement of Soviet citizens in the 1950-1960s is considered. The tasks facing mass housing construction are considered – further improvement of the living conditions of Soviet citizens. Standard design and industrialization of housing construction accelerated a revolution in the direction of activity of Soviet architects – the creation of separate apartments for Soviet families. The social task of creating small-sized individual apartments for Soviet citizens was completed, which testified to the real achievement of the Soviet authorities in social policy.
