В статье проанализирована модель трансформации культурного суверенитета России под влиянием миграционных процессов. Установлено, что территориальная концентрация мигрантов при отсутствии эффективных интеграционных механизмов создает институциональные условия, которые при внешнем воздействии могут перейти в фазу прямой угрозы. Предлагается типология сценариев трансформации культурного суверенитета, позволяющая позиционировать текущую ситуацию в России и прогнозировать ее развитие в зависимости от институциональных решений.

This article examines the transformation of Russia’s cultural sovereignty under the influence of migration processes. It establishes that the territorial concentration of migrants, in the absence of effective integration mechanisms, creates institutional conditions that, under external influence, may transition into a phase of direct threat. The study proposes a typology of scenarios for the transformation of cultural sovereignty, which enables the positioning of the current situation in Russia and facilitates the forecasting of its trajectory in response to varying institutional decisions.
