В статье анализируются взгляды российских и зарубежных исследователей на современные проблемы консолидации демократии как завершающего этапа демократических транзитов. Применен метод вторичного анализа результатов исследований. Автор делает выводы о приобретении демократическими транзитами национально-специфического характера и предлагает гипотезу о формировании нового типа политических систем.

 

The article analyzes the views of Russian and foreign researchers on the current problems of consolidating democracy as the final stage of democratic transits. The method of secondary analysis of research results is applied. The author draws conclusions about the acquisition of national-specific character by democratic transits and suggests a hypothesis about the formation of a new type of political systems.
