В статье предпринята попытка провести критический анализ существующих в отечественной гуманитарной науке подходов к относительно новому социокультурному феномену – гибридной войне. Сущность рассматриваемого в статье феномена свидетельствует о том, что применяемые в современном межгосударственном противостоянии формы гибридного воздействия оказывают негативное влияние на мировоззрение граждан. Это создает условия, при которых характер противостояния между государствами выходит на качественно иной уровень – гибридного конфликта. Противоборствующие стороны в своем выборе средств воздействия на противника применяют новые технологии, которые ориентированы, прежде всего, на социокультурную сферу. Проведенный в статье анализ современного социокультурного феномена гибридной войны дает основание предполагать, что в качестве наиболее вероятных объектов воздействия противник определяет ценностную сферу конкретного социального образования (народ, население, сообщества), этнокультурные и этнорелигиозные предпочтения граждан.

The article attempts to conduct a critical analysis of existing approaches in Russian humanities to a relatively new socio–cultural phenomenon - hybrid warfare. The essence of the phenomenon considered in the article indicates that the forms of hybrid influence used in modern interstate confrontation have a negative impact on the worldview of citizens. This creates conditions under which the nature of the confrontation between states reaches a qualitatively different level – a hybrid conflict. The warring parties, in their choice of means of influencing the enemy, use new technologies that are primarily focused on the socio-cultural sphere. The analysis of the modern socio-cultural phenomenon of hybrid warfare conducted in the article suggests that the enemy determines the value sphere of a particular social education (people, population, communities), ethno-cultural and ethno-religious preferences of citizens as the most likely objects of influence.
