Рассмотрены основные инструменты продвижения «мягкой силы» и определена их потенциальная эффективность, а также эволюция инструментов «мягкой силы». В результате, в статье делается вывод, что развитие политики «мягкой силы» способствует формированию положительного имиджа государства на международной арене, повышает конкурентоспособность его промышленной, культурной, научно-технической продукции.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the theoretical aspects of using soft power to increase the investment attractiveness of states. The main tools for promoting soft power are considered and their potential effectiveness is determined, as well as the evolution of soft power tools.
