Вопросы внешнеполитической ориентации или смены внешнеполитического курса были неотъемлемой частью политического дискурса вокруг прихода к власти команды Никола Пашиняна с первых же дней. Эта тема была наиболее остро поставлена в 2018 г. – в ходе и сразу после «бархатной революции». И если в 2019 и 2020 гг. в этом дискурсе акцент был поставлен на ведении неграмотной внешней политики, то после 44-дневной войны, и особенно с начала 2021 г., стали говорить о снижении международной субъектности и ограничении суверенитета Армении.
В статье на основе заявлений представителей команды Пашиняна и официальных программ автор попытался оценить отношение правящей элиты Армении к России, США и Китаю в 2018–2021 гг.
Questions of foreign policy orientation or a change of foreign policy course have been an integral part of the political discourse around the coming to power of Nikol Pashinyan’s team from the very first days. This topic was most acutely raised in 2018 – during and immediately after the “velvet revolution”. And if in 2019 and 2020 the emphasis in this discourse was placed on conducting an illiterate foreign policy, then after the 44-day war, and especially since the beginning of 2021, they began to talk about the reduction of international subjectivity and the restriction of Armenia’s sovereignty.
In the article, based on the statements of representatives of Pashinyan’s team and official programs, the author tried to assess the attitude of the ruling elite of Armenia to Russia, the United States and China in 2018-2021.
