В представленной статье предпринято междисциплинарное исследование места и роли кооперативов в структуре ССЭ, международного опыта функционирования кооперации как организационной формы, последовательно реализующей принципы социально ориентированной экономики, её правового регулирования и механизма актуализации в социально-экономическом процессе.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The analysis of scientific literature testifies to the actualization in the world academic discourse of the problem associated with the social solidarity economy (SSE), part of which is a cooperative form of socio-economic organization.
